Heather is a wonderfully talented local cosplayer who always seems to be cooking up something new!  I had the privilege of shooting her as Taokaka from Blazblue at the WV capitol building.  We had a few interested spectators, so it was a lot of fun, despite us managing to break her shoe!  🙁
