I’ve done astrophotography before, but usually only picked up the Milky Way through looong exposures as it wasn’t visible to the naked eye. Hunting Island, however, is so dark and isolated that I looked up one night and realized I could actually see it for myself. Excitement ensued, and I ran onto the beach to grab these shots of the campground, lighthouse, and boneyard.
