Valley Park in Hurricane was a perfect place to take these Spring engagement photos. Tim and Shayla are such a lovely couple and were so easy to work with, and I love the sweet images we were able to capture together. I know they’re going to have a happy future together!

Families » The Johnsons
Families & KidsIt was wonderful to see the Johnsons again for their annual Fall photos! This year’s set included the kids’ grandmother, as well, which I love to see. It’s always special to capture several generations of a family!
Families » The Johnsons
Families & KidsI really missed these guys last year when I was on Covid hiatus. I’ve been doing annual sessions with them since 2015, back when Silas and Avery were tiny, so it’s crazy to see how tall they’re getting these days! Ridenour Lake was a perfect Fall location, too — so many leaves on the trails!
Seniors » Sydney, Class of 2022
SeniorsHere are some previews of my forest senior session with Sydney, a senior at Herbert Hoover High School. She even brought along her puppers for some photos!
Families » Claire
Families & KidsIt had been three years since the last time I did photos for Claire and her family, and her girls looked so grown up compared to the last session! We were dying in the 90 degree weather, but we at least missed the rainstorm that came through right as we wrapped things up!
Engagement » Katie & Ian
Couples & EngagementsThese guys will be getting married sometime next year, and wanted engagement pictures done before Katie returned to Marshall University this fall. They were such a sweet couple and I really enjoyed their session, even though we got chased and hissed at by creepy ducks during shooting! Haha!
Class of 2014 » Hailey
SeniorsWe timed Hailey’s senior shoot perfectly to catch the setting sun and got some great shots both outdoors and at the WV Capitol building. Here’s just a small sample of her shoot!
